I initially was looking at Las Terrenas and was in touch with both Patrick and Steven. We switched to looking in Sosua and they referred us to Margarita. I purchased not one but 2 villas through GoDominicanLife. One is 100 meters to the beach and the other is a new construction due in 2024 which is 150 meters from the beach.
