Look no further if you’re considering a real estate purchase than the team at Go Dominican Life! After more than a year of exploring many real estate listings, to only be disappointed with being misled and provided with false hopes, finding Eugenio Heer from Go Dominican Life was breath of fresh air to work with. Eugenio listened to our desires, showed super integrity, and was relentlessly looking for our ideal property without reservation. When we finally decided to explore moving forward on a new construction villa, both Eugenio and Steve Hattie were so helpful introducing us to the developers, guiding us through the purchase process, and even coordinated a site visit for my wife to see the property, meet with developers, and a very reputable attorney that ultimately helped us decide to proceed with the purchase. After the sale when others would have walked away, they have been more than willing to be our trusted eyes and ears with the construction, sending progress pictures, drone videos, and much more! Together, they continue to make the entire process clear, exciting and totally stress free!

I initially was looking at Las Terrenas and was in touch with both Patrick and Steven. We switched to looking in Sosua and they referred us to Margarita. We had nothing but 5 star service all the way. Margarita was patient, hard working and efficient in our search. As someone who sold real estate for over 20 years in Canada, I appreciate the professional help from this company. I have no hesitation recommending them for their amazing service!

I purchased not one but 2 villas through GoDominicanLife. One is 100 meters to the beach and the other is a new construction due in 2024 which is 150 meters from the beach. Great experience and happy with our purchases. Patrick and the team of professionals have you covered from A - Z.
